This exciting workshop is designed for both new and experienced Pilates instructors and studio owners.

Comprehensive Training: Explore coaching techniques, inclusive language, cueing strategies, and music-driven flow programs that cater to all body types.
Seminars & Dynamic Pilates Class: Join a practical, in-depth Pilates class, followed by seminars that cover essential teaching and engagement skills.
Success Strategies: Discover the key elements that will help you stand out as an instructor, building loyal members who feel successful and valued.
Hands-On Learning: 4 hours of engaging sessions, including practical strategies for making your members feel like superstars.
These workshops will run over 2 separate days, giving you the tools to become an in-demand Pilates instructor, enhancing both your teaching and your members' experience!
Workshop days: Saturday 8th March or Sunday 9th March.
Workshops are capped at 10pp per session.
