In Balance Yoga classes are guided by our talented and experienced instructors. We offer YIN, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. We also have hot Yoga with our unique heated panels.
MASSAGE therapy
Our massage treatments empower you to live your life the way you have always wanted. With regular treatments, you will develop an overall feeling of health and wellbeing, keeping you active and able to do the things you love most.
PILATES
Our classes emphasise full body conditioning, allowing you to move mindfully, focusing on strengthening and lengthening of your muscles for posture, alignment & core strength while building a healthy body.

We created In Balance to connect your body and mind in order to achieve overall health and wellness. Our minds can positively or negatively affect our biological functioning through our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes. To connect your body and mind is to listen to our bodies, as well as our minds, to take time out and stop the 'busy' time, and become at one to be one's best version of ourselves for a truly transformed life.

Yoga
60 MINUTES
In Balance Yoga is a restorative and meditative practice that nurtures the body and deepens mental and physical strength. Moving slowly, poses are held for longer periods. You are encouraged to focus deep within the body, engaging with different sensations that arise.
Incorporating the use of bolsters and blocks to create a relaxing and comfortable environment, In Balance yoga is recommended for any level of practice. It is suitable for those who may be recovering from physical injury or those who require mental detoxification due to stress and anxiety.
In Balance Yoga is practiced at room temperature- non heated
Hot Yoga
60 MINUTES
Our Yoga Studio is equipped with Infrared heating panels which heat the room to approximately 30’c.
These classes will challenge your physical and mental resilience while assisting the detoxification process.
Yin Yoga
60 MINUTES
Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice.It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is in contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles. Props such as bolsters, blocks and straps are used.
